Adult disability music group

The adult disability group at TLC Music Therapy aims to promote social connection and joyful music making.   The group is a safe place to meet new people and connect with others who also enjoy music. We work together to choose the songs we sing and the activities we do and there are many ways to engage and contribute regardless of your disability.  All participants are invited to participate as much or as little as they like.  Activities will vary depending on the needs and interest of the participants but may include singing, dancing and moving, playing instruments, writing songs, drumming, music & relaxation, writing songs, and other arts-based methods.
